Snoop Dogg Made the Penthouse Desire Party Well Worth the $1200 Admission Price that Many Paid to Mingle With Celebs

Scottsdale, AZ--

Just when I thought that Friday night was not, then came Saturday night at Super Bowl Weekend. The day started with a fresh sunny afternoon that included a boxing match in the 944 Village featuring Hector Camacho Jr and well some other names few knew...

The highlight of the afternoon was just the 75 degree weather and sushi at one of Scottsdale's hot spots Stingray.. Prepared right before your eyes and well worth every penny, it is sure to go well with all of their cocktail menu.

While strolling around Old Towne Scottsdale many of the celebrities could have been seen doing some shopping of their own.. spotted Carmen Electra, Ludacris and well some not even worth mentioning here....

Our afternoon was completed with another ESPN event featuring a performance by Soulja Boy and the dance off hosted by the Arizona Cardinals cheerleaders. All I can say is "Crank That" Yoooooooou...

Starting into the evening there were a bevy of selections as to what party we would cover. Would it be the Penthouse Desire party in Downtown Scottsdale or the Playboy Party Rawhide Pavilion at Wild Horse Pass in Chandler, a 52,000-square-foot facility. Selection, both!

The Playboy party featured stars such as Christopher Mintz-Plasse ("McLovin" from "Superbad"), Gabrielle Union, Regina King, Kevin Connolly, Kevin Dillon, Tiki Barber, Michael Clarke Duncan, Takeo Spikes, Chester Taylor, Franco Harris, Scott Porter ("Friday Night Lights"), Chris Perry, Tom Arnold, Rick Mahorn, Ty Law, Reggie Wayne, Vernon Davis, Grady Sizemore, Larry David and, of course, Hugh Hefner and "The Girls Next Door."

This clearly was one of the best parties of the weekend. Playboy does nothing short of impressive

Inside, there was a weird mixture of the wild, wild West, strip clubs and a casino. I guess the idea of brining New Orleans and Vegas together sort of worked here. In one back room, some of the Penthouse's finest did a little pole dancing, and in another separate area, partygoers could play craps and roulette for prizes using fake money providing an unusual but outstanding warm-up act prior to host Snoop Dogg's taking the stage. Performance artist David Garibaldi wowed the crowd by producing instant paintings of Mick Jagger Marilyn Monroe and Snoop, all to the tune of their music.

Penthouse was a solid 8.5 on the wow factor, mainly because Snoop's "Sexual Eruption" was hot while sippin on my Gin and Juice... laid back....

So what did Playboy do that Penthouse did not, well if I was a guy I wouldn't wanted to look at bunch of middle age men in khaki pants and blazers all night long... Well I wasn't a big fan of old chubby guys hitting on me so why would any of these pets be either.
